Mark Sinz

Biography

Mark Sinz is an American artist, born in Pordenone, Italy. His practice focuses on painting, inspired by personal experiences and art historical references. He graduated from Stanford University with Distinction in Political Science where he began painting. He lived in Brooklyn, New York from 1993 to 2023. He currently lives and works in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Sinz studied painting with studio classes at Stanford University and The School of Visual Arts, and film and digital photography at the International Center of Photography in New York City.
